Terms of Service

1. Scope
This application is private. Alwin Paul runs it for personal use, on a private server. It is not a product, it is not a service offered to anyone, and no account can be created on it. There is one user, and that user is the operator.
2. Purpose
The application reads the operator's own bank accounts and shows a summary of income and expenses. It performs no payments. It has read access only.
3. No warranty
The application is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. The numbers it shows may be incomplete or wrong. The bank statement is always the authoritative record. Nobody may use this application as a source for accounting, for a tax return, or for any legal purpose.
4. No liability
The operator accepts no liability for any loss that follows from the use of this application, including a wrong figure, a missing transaction, or an interruption of the service.
5. Third party services
The application obtains bank data through Enable Banking Oy, a licensed account information service provider. The terms of that provider apply to that part of the flow. The banks' own terms apply to the accounts themselves.
6. Availability
There is no availability commitment. The operator may stop, change, or delete the application at any time, without notice.
7. Governing law
German law applies.
